Your Red Cross certifies instructors in First Aid/CPR/AED, Water Safety (WSI), Lifeguard Training, Babysitter’s Training, HIV/Aids Education & Prevention and Disaster Response. Our instructors undergo extensive training in both knowledge and skills to become experts in their field. Many of the instructor level courses are offered on a monthly basis.

Fundamentals of Instructor Training (Includes Instructor Challenge)
Fundamentals of Instructor Training includes history of the American Red Cross and basic principles of teaching. Pre-requisite to the CPR/AED/First Aid and other Instructor courses. The Instructor Challenge includes Adult CPR/AED, Child/Infant CPR, and First Aid. Must pass Instructor pre-course exam and successfully demonstrate skills without any instruction from the Instructor Trainer.
HIV/AIDS Education Instructor Course
